Exchange and Returns Policy


At PureGlam Luxe Wigs, we take hygiene and quality very seriously. As such, we do not accept returns on wigs, as we cannot guarantee that they have not been worn after leaving our facility.

However, we are happy to offer an exchange for unused wigs, provided they are in their original packaging. To qualify for an exchange, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item as well as the new delivery fee for the exchanged unit.

Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to determine if it qualifies for an exchange. We will notify you of the result—either positive or negative:

  • If the item passes inspection, you will be asked to select the new item you would like sent out, and a delivery fee will be charged for shipping the new unit.
  • If the item does not pass inspection, you will have the option to request the item be sent back to you, with an additional delivery fee.
