All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely. However, PureGlam Luxe Wigs is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been handed over to the carrier. In case of damage during shipping, please contact the carrier directly for claims.

Delivery Issues
